Founded in 1962 and affiliated with CTEVT, Balaju School of Engineering and Technology (BSET) is well known as Mechanical Training Center and Balaju Technical Training Center. With a vision to be a center of excellence producing competent workforce in TVET, BSET offers diploma and pre-diploma courses in various engineering disciplines including Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Automobile, Biomedical and Mechatronics Engineering.

Balaju School of Engineering and Technology (BSET), an engineering college in Kathmandu, Nepal, offers a range of diploma and pre-diploma programs in various engineering disciplines. Note: To enroll in the 3-year full-time Diploma programs at Balaju School of Engineering and Technology in Kathmandu, students need to have secured at least grade C in Compulsory Mathematics and Science subjects and grade D+ in English in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) or equivalent from a recognized academic institution. These are the minimum eligibility criteria set for admission to the engineering diploma courses offered by the college.
